An educator, facilitator and writer, Kathleen’s areas of expertise are participative planning processes, team effectiveness and communications skills.
Whether she’s working with family doctors, programmers, policy analysts or salespeople, Kathleen encourages them to make their work life more productive and enjoyable.
Kathleen has BA and MA degrees from Michigan State University, and is currently a trainer candidate with the Center for Nonviolent Communication. She is a certified by the Center for Creative Leadership as a Benchmarks feedback coach.
An unabashed movie nut, she reluctantly prys herself from the screen to practice yoga, bike, or explore any new destination with her family- but reverts instantly upon the words “sneak preview”.
